There is an awesome cross-country skiing track in Ērgļi, partly lighted at night!
The nearest places offering mountain skiing possibilities are Lido, Golgāts and Mežezers.

The fun park "Braku takas" in Ērgļi offers well-organized cross-country skiing tracks next to the fun park in "Braki" and the country park "Ogres upes ieleja" (river Ogre valley). The tracks constantly are being maintained in good condition; the rent of cross-country skiing equipment is available.
